your questions, answered
What do people typically come to therapy for?
What is it like to work with you as a therapist?
My style is thoughtful, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I strive to create a space that feels safe and authentic, where we can explore challenges with curiosity, honesty, and compassion rather than judgment.
How does couples therapy work?
Couples therapy focuses on understanding the patterns that show up between partners and how each person contributes to the dynamic. Sessions are a collaborative space to improve communication, increase understanding, and build healthier ways of relating to one another.
What are your self-pay rates?
My self pay rates for a 50 minutes session is $140 and for a 80 minute session is $210.
Do you accept insurance?
No. I am not in network with any insurance plans.
After working with several insurance providers, I made the decision to transition to a private-pay practice so I can offer care that is more personalized and centered on your needs. This allows me to protect your privacy, offer greater flexibility in session length and treatment approaches, and focus on your goals rather than insurance requirements.
If you have out-of-network benefits, I am happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement
